How to Make Marriage Last is a digital product. The complete PDF and all bonuses are delivered to your email instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the files have been delivered.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed this Refund Policy in full
  • You are receiving immediate access to digital content
  • You waive any right to a refund, return, or exchange
  • The digital files cannot be "returned" once delivered to your device

This policy applies to the main product and all included bonuses.

Why we don't offer refunds

Digital products work differently from physical goods. The moment the PDF files reach your email, they exist on your device permanently. They cannot be "returned" in the way a book or a sweater can. We deliver every file instantly, in full, with no missing content.

This is the same policy used by every major digital publisher, including Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, and Google Play Books.

If you cannot access your files

If you experience a genuine technical issue and cannot download or open the files you purchased, contact us within 7 days of purchase at marinbeaumont7@gmail.com with your order number. We will resend the files or troubleshoot the issue at no cost.

This is the only circumstance under which we will assist with your order after delivery.

European Union customers

Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately at the buyer's express request.

By completing checkout, EU customers expressly consent to the immediate performance and delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this consent results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you have any issue with your purchase, please contact us first at marinbeaumont7@gmail.com so we can resolve it directly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us is a violation of this policy and the agreement you accepted at checkout. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly to the email address you provided, fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback claims will be contested with the card network using the delivery records, the IP address of the purchase, the checkout consent timestamp, and this policy as evidence.
